Installation of the solar s-ray imager flight optic in the SLF

  • 3Mx12M Test volume for baffle or mirror
  • 1.3M diameter by 82M long section
  • 1.5M diameter by 10 isolatable section
  • Pumped with cryopumps; 10-7 torr
  • Measure telescope baffle rejection ratios up to 15 orders of magnitude
  • Use to test x-ray optics to 1M diameter
